Cristal is a padel coach you text on WhatsApp. To help you, she needs to remember a few things about you and your game. This page says what we keep, why, who helps us run Cristal, and how to get it deleted.

Cristal is a product of Maziwa LLC (Wyoming, USA), which is responsible for your information. Contact: harrythentrepreneur@gmail.com.

What we keep

• Your WhatsApp number, and the first name on your WhatsApp profile.
• Your messages: what you text Cristal and what she texts back, so she can follow the conversation.
• Your padel profile: things you tell her, like your level, side, hand, partner, club, goals and next match, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
• What to go easy on: if you mention an injury, Cristal's notes about you keep only what to go easy on (for example "shoulder"), not the injury. What you wrote stays in your messages, like everything else you text. She doesn't diagnose or suggest treatments; for pain that doesn't go away, see a physio.
• Photos you send: Cristal reads them (a Playtomic screenshot, a scoresheet) and keeps only the text she read. The photo itself isn't stored.
• The PDFs she makes you: sessions, drill cards, game plans and weeks. Each one is sent to you by a private, hard-to-guess link.
• Price: Cristal is free for everyone. There is no paid plan right now, so we don't take or keep any payment details.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and make the plans you ask for.
• To remember your game, so each plan fits you better.
• To keep Cristal secure and stop abuse.

We never sell your information.

Texting commands

• STOP pauses all messages from Cristal. Text her again any time to start back up.

Who helps us run Cristal

• Meta (WhatsApp) carries your messages.
• AI model providers, reached through OpenRouter, turn your messages into replies and plans. We only use providers that don't keep or train on what's sent to them. Some of them are outside the UK and EU.
• Hetzner hosts Cristal's server and database in Germany (EU).

Where your information goes outside the UK or EU, we rely on the legal safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use Cristal. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your number, messages, padel profile and PDFs. Encrypted backups are cleared automatically within about a year.

Deleting your information, and your rights

To have everything deleted, email harrythentrepreneur@gmail.com with the number you text Cristal from. You can also ask to see, correct or download your information, or object to how we use it. We'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad tracking. Its fonts load from Google Fonts.

Changes

If we change what we keep or who helps us, we'll update this page and the date at the top first.
